Using more than 27 years of mortgage experience, Joe has quickly become a trusted lending partner among clients and industry associates. He actively goes out of his way to provide exceptional hands-on customer service and prides himself on product and process knowledge, making every effort to source the best loan for each borrower’s needs.  Joe originally joined the industry out of his passion for helping people. Years later, Joe still enjoys helping others achieve their homeownership goals. Taking part in his borrowers’ most important financial decision is what drives him to do his best each day.

His community involvement includes being a board member for Trees on The Coast, a member of the Destin Chamber of Commerce and raising money for charity through participation in various charity cookoffs and events throughout Destin and surrounding areas.

Outside of the office, Joe enjoys swimming, boating, cooking, being outside and spending time with his family and friends. Joe lives in Destin with his wife, Merri and granddaughter Baylee.  His son Shane lives in Fort Walton Beach.
